Written by VicoNT

Please enter the nucleotide sequence into the fields "5'-" and "3'-" (Note: you may leave the field "3'-" empty - in this case it will be filled automatically using complement rules: A -> T, C -> G, M -> G, G -> C, T -> A). The nucleotide length of the field 3'- have to be the same as the length of the field 5'-. Maximum length of the sequence is 250 symbols, minimal - 10. You may use A, G, T, C for Adenine, Guanine, Thymine, Cytosine, M for 5-Methylcytosine and Z for 4-Methyladenine. Then press the button "Go!" to perform the search.

Example: enter (you can select the sequences, copy them and then paste into the 5'- and 3'- fields respectively) into 5'- field the sequence AAAGMAGMCCCGMGTCCCGMGCCCCGCMGGCTTTGMAGCTTT and into 3'- field the sequence TTTMGTMGGGGCGMAGGGCGMGGGGCGGMCGAAACGTMGAAA and press "Go!".

Only A, G, T, C, M (= 5mC), may be entered, not less than 10 symbols
You may leave this field empty (autocomplement) or enter manually
